Industries we serve
Automation retrofit and system integration focused on each industry’s operating constraints, safety requirements and commissioning reality.
What is the site operating risk?
Continuous operation, safety boundary, quality compliance or energy consumption determine the control priority.
Which systems must be connected?
Field devices, PLC/DCS, HMI/SCADA, reports, alarms and third-party platforms need clear interface ownership.
How will acceptance be proven?
Acceptance should be tied to communication tests, linked commissioning, operation screens, alarm records and user training.
Different industries, different control priorities
Meshox does not package every field as the same PLC project. Each industry has different constraints, equipment boundaries and acceptance logic.
01Port Machinery & Bulk Handling Automation
Control renewal must coordinate PLC logic, drive response, signal acquisition, operator interface and load-trial acceptance.

02Power Energy Automation
The core is to make auxiliary systems visible, controllable and maintainable while keeping interface boundaries clear.

03Water Treatment & Municipal Utilities
Automation should connect process control, online monitoring, alarms, reports and remote management into one operating view.

04Petrochemical Instrumentation
Instrumentation work must treat monitoring, alarm linkage, emergency operation and records as one safety-related system.

05Environmental & Building Control
The delivery focus is stable environmental control, equipment linkage, energy-saving operation and centralized monitoring.

06Industrial Manufacturing Automation
The focus is integrating machines, lines and utilities into one controllable, data-visible and maintainable production system.

Whether the project is a port machine, power auxiliary system, water plant, tank farm or building control system, the common thread is reliable control, clear interfaces, data visibility and maintainable handover.
What each industry usually needs to prove
Good industry pages should not only say what we can do. They should tell the buyer what will be tested, recorded and accepted.
Three ways industry projects usually start
New system integration
For new plants, workshops or process units, Meshox can define architecture, cabinets, software, monitoring and commissioning from the initial control scope.
Partial retrofit
For systems that still operate but have weak points, we can upgrade PLC, HMI, drives, communication or data platform by subsystem.
Full control renewal
For aging or high-risk systems, we plan complete renewal with staged cutover, testing, commissioning and handover control.
Have a control system, retrofit or integration project?
Start with a project evaluation. An engineer will review your requirements and propose a fitting control solution.
