Service Rhythm

How engineering service stays controlled from start to handover

The purpose of project rhythm is to reduce uncertainty: what has been confirmed, what is being developed, what has been tested and what remains to be closed.

PHASE 01

Project startup

Confirm stakeholders, site constraints, equipment boundary, acceptance target and communication channel.

PHASE 02

Engineering development

Progress through drawings, cabinet integration, software development, screen review and internal test.

On-site commissioning
