From design to on-site delivery
Meshox is an engineering service provider. Our capabilities are organized around completing the full loop from assessment to commissioning and maintenance.

Engineering capability is not a single skill list
A control project succeeds only when software, electrical hardware, site commissioning and long-term maintenance are designed as one delivery system.
Control architecture and software
Control scheme design, PLC/DCS/FCS logic, interlocks, alarms, HMI screens, SCADA dashboards, historical trends and reports.
Electrical, panels and drive systems
Electrical drawings, hardware selection, PLC/VFD/MCC panels, protection circuits, cabinet integration, wiring, FAT and site installation support.
Retrofit and commissioning
Existing-system assessment, migration planning, staged cutover, communication reconstruction, linked commissioning, load trial and acceptance support.
Industrial software and remote O&M
Remote monitoring, device status visibility, alarm records, energy management, storage operation software and multi-site service support.
Project delivery process
Site survey and requirement confirmation
Control architecture and retrofit planning
Electrical design, hardware selection and panel integration
PLC / DCS / SCADA / HMI software development
Factory test, installation and communication integration
Linked commissioning, load trial and acceptance
Operator training and documentation handover
Maintenance support and spare-parts guidance
Remote diagnostics and lifecycle improvement
Designed around the existing site, not a fixed vendor stack
Retrofit work often has mixed brands, old cabinets, incomplete drawings and different communication protocols. Compatibility planning is therefore part of the engineering scope.
Control points that prevent retrofit projects from becoming vague
Before design
- Site survey
- Existing drawings and cabinet review
- Point list and interface confirmation
- Shutdown and cutover risk review
Before delivery
- Program simulation where applicable
- Cabinet wiring inspection
- FAT and communication test
- Parameter and software backup
Before acceptance
- Linked commissioning
- Alarm and permission verification
- Load trial or process trial
- Training, drawings and operation documents
A maintainable system needs a real handover package
Documentation is not a formality. For control systems, it determines whether the owner can operate, troubleshoot and expand the system after acceptance.
Design package
- Control architecture
- Electrical drawings
- I/O point list
- Hardware and cabinet list
Software package
- PLC/DCS program backup
- HMI/SCADA project backup
- Parameter backup
- Alarm and permission notes
Commissioning package
- FAT records
- Communication test records
- Linked commissioning checklist
- Load or process trial notes
Handover package
- Operation manual
- Maintenance notes
- Training record
- Issue list and follow-up actions
How engineering service stays controlled from start to handover
The purpose of project rhythm is to reduce uncertainty: what has been confirmed, what is being developed, what has been tested and what remains to be closed.
Project startup
Confirm stakeholders, site constraints, equipment boundary, acceptance target and communication channel.
Engineering development
Progress through drawings, cabinet integration, software development, screen review and internal test.
On-site commissioning
Complete installation check, communication check, single-system test, linked commissioning and operation support.
After handover
Provide training, documentation, issue follow-up, maintenance guidance and remote support where applicable.
